We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details. All payments are processed directly on the secure systems of our payment partner, Cashfree Payments.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send order and shipping updates, handle returns and refunds, respond to enquiries, and keep records required for accounting and tax. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

3. Third-Party Services

We share the minimum information necessary with service providers who help us run the store: Cashfree Payments (payment processing), Google Firebase (account sign-in), Cloudinary (image hosting), our email delivery provider (order emails), our courier partners (delivery), and AWS (website hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the site to work — to keep you signed in, remember your cart and your chosen display currency. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Data Security & Retention

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers. Order and customer records are retained for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns, and meet legal and tax obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
